Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had nice bathrooms, although the A/C unit was a bit noisy at times. The service from the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The location near Mammoth Cave National Park was perfect for exploring the area. The dining options were decent and did the job. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
The Hampton Inn is a decent choice offering good value for money. The location is convenient near the interstate and Mammoth Cave, but there are some issues with the staff's friendliness. The breakfast selection is impressive, and the hotel is close to various attractions in the area.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms on the 1st level were clean and spacious, perfect for my family with kids moving back and forth. The new renovations really made the bathrooms nice and the rooms super clean. The service was friendly overall, with some staff recognizing me, but there were a few hiccups with dividing our reservations. The location is amazing, just a short drive to the visitor center and very close to Mammoth Cave. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty options, especially the great steaks. The hotel facilities were in good shape and well-maintained.
